Wstęp

Ten materiał powstał na podstawie warsztatów on-line dla wspinaczy: Barki wspinacza.

Warsztaty trwały 2 godziny i były nadawane z Climb Sky – Centrum Wspinaczkowe.

Odbyły się 18 i 19 stycznia 2022r.

Znajdziecie w nich całą sekwencję pracy nad stabilnością łopatek i sprawnością barków, od odciągania i mobilności po aktywację i wzmocnienie.

Jest blok Q&A z pytaniami uczestników oraz kilka bardzo zaskakujących ciekawostek odnośnie badań nad mechaniką łopatki, rehabilitacją barków oraz operacjami tych struktur.

W ramach wstępu proponuję przesłuchanie podcastu dotyczącego dyskinezy łopatek, a więc przypadłości często diagnozowanej, ale czy słusznie? Spoko naukowych ciekawostek potwierdzających, że z barkami to nie jest takie oczywiste. 😉
